What kind of massage is right for you?
Swedish Massage:
General relaxation. For the client who wants to leave the stress of their day behind. Can include some specified work, however is generally full body.
Deep Tissue:
Deeper pressure, and more specific work. Deep tissue sessions are perfect for those clients with problematic areas. Chronic back pain, tension headaches, Carpal tunnel syndrome, knee pain ect. Anything that interferes with daily routines likely needs some deep tissue work.
Scalp, hand and foot:
We hold a lot of tension in our hands, feet and scalp, and can relieve the entire body of stress when massaged. These massage sessions are perfect for the client who wants to get full body relaxation without the need to undress or have lotion applied to the body. Also wonderful for clients suffering from headaches.
**No oil is used during our scalp massages, so you can relax knowing you will not leave the session with wet hair.
Chair Massage:
Perfect for office visits, as a "thank you" to your staff or boss, bridal showers, birthday parties, school events, or most other group gatherings! The massage therapist will travel to you and can provide up to 5 hours of massage service during your event.
All of our massages are done with a high quality massage lotion that is easily absorbed into your skin, leaving you feeling relaxed not oily. No lotion is used on the scalp.
CranioSacral Therapy:
A light touch therapy that is an excellent modality for anyone to try! These sessions can be particularly beneficial for those going through cancer treatment, have fragile bone issues, elderly, or anyone who wishes to stay fully dressed during their session. The treatment is done by listening to the subtle movements of your body tissues, and gently manipulating them to create a body in balance. Generally, much of the session is spent working on the scalp and torso area.
CranioSacral Therapy can treat headaches, migraines, chronic pain, TMJ, vertigo, SI joint dysfunction, bruxism, stress, anxiety, and much more!
It is extremely relaxing, energizing, and provides lasting results of wellness.
Cupping Therapy:**
Reduce the appearance of cellulite, scar tissue, stretch marks. Aid in the healing of old injuries, relax muscle tissue, decrease IT band pain and tenderness, increase blood flow, unlock stubborn muscles, and much much more.
**Please note that Cupping Therapy does leave marks on the skin. These marks are not bruises and are not at all painful. Marks should disappear in about 4-7 days with proper hydration.
CANCELATION POLICY:
24 hours notice is required for any cancelation of an appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, you will be responsible for the full price of your session.
New Clients may be asked to pre-pay for their first session at the time of booking.
